Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery. After this window we are not able to accept the return.
• The only accepted reasons are Wrong Item Received and Item Arrived Damaged. Change-of-mind / no-longer-needed returns are not accepted.
• Items that are used, washed, or have their tags removed are not eligible for return.
• One return request can be raised per order; if you have an issue with multiple items, include them all in the same request.

How to Return

1. Sign in and open your orders. On the order detail page, within the 5-day window, you’ll see a “Request a return” button.
2. Select the item(s) you want to return, choose the reason, and describe the issue. Please attach clear photos, especially for damaged items — this helps us verify quickly.
3. Once submitted, you’ll get a confirmation email with a return reference number. Ship the item back to our studio at your own cost using a tracked courier, and include the return reference inside the package.
4. After approval and once the package reaches the studio, our team verifies the items and then processes your refund.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed after the item is received and verified by our team. We do not process refunds before the package arrives at the studio.
• Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method and typically reflects within 5–7 business days.
• For orders paid offline (cash / COD), refunds are settled manually by our team.

Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Below this, standard shipping charges apply at checkout.
• We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow progress on the Track Order page.
